How would you rate Rue La La?
DO NOT WASTE your $$$!!!!!
I bought a pair of gloves for my daughter... they arrive in a clear bag...and ffor what I paid I expected sosomething nicer....but that was the least of my problem. They were TINY...and I mean ridiculously tiny!!!! My daughter is small, so I thought they might by chance fit her. She couldn't even get any part of her hand into the glove. And when I contacted customer service after missing the return date by a couple of days due to shipping as she lives out of state and it was a christmas gift... It took them over a week of going back and forth and providing them with information that they should have already had for them to finally come back aand say they would not accept tthe return. So 'I'm stuck with a pair of gloves that wouldn't even fit a toddler. The product is a total rip off!!!!! And their customer was one of the worst eexperiences I've ever had!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my WORST enemy!!!!!
Is the pandora charms in rue la la original? because i'm worried if i buy a fake charm it will remove my bracelet warranty.
“They are an authorized retailer for Pandora and do specialize in retired or otherwise hard to get charms. https://us.pandora.net/en/explore-the-brand/authorized-retailers.html They are 20th on the list for authorized retailers, it is a by brand list. Google is awesome, but go direct to the brands themselves to check if you're worried about something like this for authenticity (if they're not telling you they are not an authorized retailer, because at that point if it's not an 'authorized retailer' even if it's authentic, many brands will state it is not as they want you to buy direct). Usually they'll directly state if they're not an authorized retailer for the brand. Also for Pandora; https://us.pandora.net/en/explore-the-brand/brand-protection.html”

How can you sell pandora charms so cheaply and less than pandora? are they new or used from another bracelet?
“https://us.pandora.net/en/explore-the-brand/authorized-retailers.html 20th on the list, they're an authorized retailer with pandora. It's new but I'm pretty sure they bulk buy and they do seem to specialize in the ones that are no longer in production. Most of Rue's charms do not come in the original boxes, they will either come in little plastic baggies or in their velvet bags that come with some jewelry.”

I need to know if the items are new or used.
“Most of their stuff is new. The only 'used' items or 'preowned' state it on the item's page itself. Be on the look out for stuff that's got a link to a 'vintage' guide or states it's preowned/preloved or whatever phrasing they use. Most of the items that are like that will be handbags. (Anything else being 'used' would be just nasty)”
